This project focuses on preserving the local ecosystem while providing high-quality housing opportunities for the community. With 49 carefully planned residential lots, the estate offers a unique blend of privacy and accessibility.
CSMB is carrying the full development process: entitlement and rezoning, survey and platting, civil design, permitting, financing coordination, the public report, CC&Rs and design review guidelines, and construction-phase project management through completion, with all construction performed by licensed Arizona contractors and lot sales handled through a licensed brokerage partner.

Pine Valley

Pine Valley is a 201-lot single-family residential community on 201 acres along Woody Mountain Road south of Kiltie Lane, at the edge of Flagstaff. The community is planned as a distinctive, high-end neighborhood with lots ranging from roughly 11,800 square feet to a full acre, laid out to work with the natural landscape rather than against it — the plan keeps the site's existing Estate Residential density, so no zoning map amendment is required.
A significant share of the property is dedicated to open space, anchored by the Sinclair Wash corridor, which will be preserved as a natural amenity with gravel walking paths and an existing FUTS trail easement left unaltered. Internal streets follow the hillside topography, and the project is planned in four phases, beginning with the main entry off Woody Mountain Road.
